Residential block management refers to the management of a residential block of flats or estate. The Roxburg Property & Facilities Management company will take charge of all financial, legal and maintenance aspects with regards to the communal operation of that residential estate.
The upkeep and quality management of a residential apartment block can be both complex and time consuming. With our vast experience, we will offer peace of mind that the property is being protected, maintained and enhanced to the highest standards.
